Clients receive a secure web payment link leading to your branded Client Portal. They pay online instantly via Flutterwave using debit cards, bank transfers, or mobile money without creating an account.

What makes Nobevra different from a basic invoice generator?

Basic invoice generators produce a static PDF. Nobevra is a complete business management platform: it tracks invoice views in real time, manages CRM pipelines, automates recurring billing, scans expense receipts with Gemini AI, and provides NFC digital business cards.

Can I use Nobevra on my mobile phone?

How to connect Stripe to your account

Accept credit cards and ACH payments by connecting your Stripe account.

Overview

Stripe is the recommended payment gateway for Nobevra. It handles credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and many local payment methods globally. Connecting takes about 5 minutes.

Connecting your Stripe account

Go to Settings > Payments > Stripe:

1Click "Connect with Stripe".
2You will be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow.
3Create a new Stripe account or log into an existing one.
4Complete Stripe's identity verification (government ID + business details).
5Add your bank account for payouts.
6Click "Authorize Access" to return to Nobevra.

Pro Tip

Stripe verification usually takes 2-24 hours. You can still send invoices during this time; payments will be held and released once verification completes.

Stripe fees

Stripe charges a processing fee per transaction: 2.9% + $0.30 per card charge in the US, and 1.5% + €0.25 per card charge in Europe. ACH transfers are 0.8% capped at $5.00. These fees are deducted from your payouts by Stripe, not by Nobevra. Nobevra does not take a percentage of your transactions.
